I decided to look up the opinion so I could read all of Scalia’s dissent. I’m already hating myself for it.

One of the top ten worst things about law school is getting to the end of a 25 page decision, thinking you’re done, and then seeing the words, “SCALIA, dissenting,” because then you know you’re in for another 10-30 pages of complete vitriol and hatred and it is not going to be fun.
