Customer: When is the new iPhone coming out?
Me: What new iPhone?
Customer: Oh, come ON.
Me: I'm sorry - if it's not apple.com, I can't speak about it. Anyway, I have absolutely no insider information.
Customer: Come ON. You have to know SOMETHING.
Me: Nope. Apple's incredibly secretive about its product launches, and I really can't speculate about it.
Customer: *turns to co-worker*
Customer: When's the new iPhone coming out?
Co-Worker: What new iPhone?
Customer: Oh, come ON.
*repeat*
